How we prescribe
Population reference ranges answer one question: is this result typical? We ask a different one: is it where it should be for your long-term health? Where the evidence supports treatment and your data indicates it, we prescribe — to individualized targets.
Prescribing here is individualized clinical decision-making, never protocol-driven: your biomarkers, your pharmacogenomic profile, your risk factors, and your goals. Every decision requires a complete baseline, informed consent, and ongoing monitoring.
And where a therapy's evidence or regulatory status is still maturing, we say so plainly — and offer it selectively, or not at all.

Common questions
The practice opens in Tel Aviv in early 2027. Founding-cohort members complete their introductory consultations now and are scheduled into the first assessment slots.
The full assessment is completed across one to two visits, typically totaling four to six hours. You arrive fasting; we handle everything else — bloodwork, imaging, VO₂max testing, and the cognitive assessment.
If you start with Foundation and decide to join Membership within 90 days, the entire Foundation fee is credited toward your membership. You never pay twice for the baseline.
We operate as a private clinic and do not bill insurance directly. We provide detailed documentation you can submit to your insurer or HMO for possible reimbursement, where applicable.
Yes. Foundation is the natural entry point — and if you join Membership within 90 days, the conversion credit applies in full. Members can also step back at their annual renewal.
Fully. Every consultation, report, and plan is available in both Hebrew and English. No clinical detail is lost in translation.
