DIAGNOSTICS & TESTING
The most comprehensive assessment in Israel
Over 100 biomarkers, vascular assessment, and functional testing across ten clinical systems — structured across one to two visits and interpreted by a physician into a single, coherent picture of your health. A step beyond the standard executive checkup.
THE PROTOCOL
Structured across two visits
We respect your time. The assessment is organized so that everything requiring a fasting state happens first, and the more involved testing follows — typically completed across two visits.
Visit One

- 01
Fasting blood draw
100+ biomarker panel including lipid particle analysis and fasting insulin.
- 02
Body composition

THE TEN SYSTEMS
Everything we measure
Health is the integrated performance of ten biological systems. Here is what we assess in each.
Cardiovascular
Lipid particle analysis, vascular assessment (CIMT, ABI), ECG, VO₂max
Metabolic
Fasting insulin, ApoB, HbA1c, glucose variability, liver function panel
Physical Performance
VO₂max, grip strength, gait analysis, body composition analysis
Cognitive Health
Executive function, memory, processing speed, and attention
Sleep
Sleep architecture, apnea screening, chronotype, recovery metrics
Hormonal
Full endocrine panel including thyroid, adrenal, sex hormones, IGF-1
Inflammation & Immune
hs-CRP, IL-6, homocysteine, CBC with differential, immune cell profiling
Body Composition
Lean mass, visceral adipose tissue, and bone density via body composition analysis
Cancer Prevention & Screening
Cancer risk stratification, genetic markers, and evidence-based screening coordination
Surveillance Program
Nutrition & Metabolic Optimization
Macronutrient profiling, dietary inflammatory markers, and gut microbiome analysis

ADVANCED DIAGNOSTICS
Beyond the standard panel
Past the clinical core, we offer testing at the frontier — curated by a single standard: does the result change what we do? Some of these measures are established; others are emerging, and we say so.
Pharmacogenomics
How your genetics shape your response to medication — reviewed before anything is prescribed.
Hereditary risk
APOE, BRCA and related markers, and polygenic risk scores — where the result changes surveillance or treatment.
Biological age & omics
Glycan and proteomic measures of biological aging — advanced tracking, offered selectively and interpreted honestly as emerging science.
Microbiome analysis
Gut microbiome profiling where it is clinically useful — not as a ritual.

Your genes affect how you respond to medication
Pharmacogenomic testing analyzes the genetic variants that influence how your body metabolizes drugs. Before any medication is prescribed, we review your genetic profile to identify optimal agents and doses, avoid medications you're likely to process poorly, and flag clinically significant drug–gene interactions. It is one of the ways prescribing here is individualized — not assumed.

Atherosclerosis begins decades before symptoms, and stress tests only detect late disease. What carotid ultrasound shows, how it compares to coronary calcium, and what changes when plaque is found.

Two people can share the same BMI and weight while only one is metabolically healthy. What visceral fat does to the liver — and why body composition, not the scale, is the measurement that matters.
