Accessibility statement

Baseline Medical is committed to making its website accessible to people with disabilities. Accessibility is part of how we think about care, and we treat this site the same way.

This site aims to conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 at level AA, as required by Israeli Standard IS 5568 for internet content accessibility.

What is in place

• Semantic page structure with proper landmarks (header, main content, footer) and a skip-to-content link
• Full keyboard operability with a clearly visible focus indicator on every interactive element
• Text alternatives for meaningful images, including the physician photograph; charts are accompanied by a table carrying the same figures
• Labeled form fields. If a submission fails validation, focus moves to a summary that lists every problem and links to the field it belongs to
• A logical heading hierarchy on every page
• Correct language and text-direction declarations on every page (English LTR, Hebrew RTL)
• Reduced-motion preferences respected — animations are disabled for users who request it
• A responsive layout that supports zoom up to 200% without loss of content
• Text and interface colors meeting the AA contrast ratio, verified by measuring every text element against its actual background across the site

Known limitations

• This statement reflects our own testing. The site has not yet been reviewed by an independent accessibility auditor, and we intend to commission one.
• We have measured contrast and structure programmatically, but have not yet completed manual testing with every major screen reader.
